Icelandic teachers association of Christian religion studies, ethics and religion

The association was founded in the spring of 1999. It collects teaching ideas from teachers around the country and holds it together at this website.

The associations goals are to strenghten our teachers in teaching religion studies and ethics. We do that by offering courses, seminars and teaching ideas.

Each year the association has at least two meetings. On meeting in the fall, where we offer a short lecture and an opportunity to make all sorts of handcrafts and one bigger meeting in the spring.

Today the association counts about 130 members.

We would very much like to get in contact with other religion teachers in other countries and get to know about their ways of teaching religion and ethics.

Best regards from Iceland!
